runbookify is a newsletter and a library of build-it-yourself guides for operations professionals. By using this site you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain on purpose.

What we provide

Educational content: a weekly newsletter, free beginner guides, and downloadable Implementation Plans (markdown an AI coding agent can execute). The plans are starting points and examples — not professional, legal, financial, or security advice.

Use at your own risk

You are responsible for any tool you build by following our content, including reviewing its code, securing it, and complying with the laws and policies that apply to your business and data. The content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and runbookify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute the gated Implementation Plans, scrape the site in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may update or remove content at any time.

Your email and consent

When you subscribe or download a plan, you give express consent to receive the weekly newsletter and the resource you requested, under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. See our Privacy & Email page for details.

Intellectual property

The content is owned by runbookify. You may use what you learn to build tools for your own organization; you may not republish our materials as your own.
