Lead Nurture Sequence Planner
Design segment- and stage-specific nurture sequences, get the copy approved, enroll leads, and send on schedule with Resend - so the people who aren't ready to buy yet get warmed up instead of dropped.
A private app where your team designs nurture sequences per segment, approves every step's copy and each enrollment batch, sends emails on schedule, honors exit conditions, and exports an engagement + send-log CSV.
Before you start
- A free Vercel account
- A free Supabase account
- A Resend account with one verified sending domain
- A leads CSV (segment + stage attributes) and your drafted step copy
The problem this kills
Most of your leads aren't ready to buy the day they come in. Without a nurture program they just sit in a list and go cold - and the deals quietly leak away. But a real marketing automation platform (MAP) is expensive, heavy, and takes weeks to configure. So you end up doing nothing, or blasting everyone the same generic email.
This kills that. You design a thoughtful sequence for each segment and stage - the right steps, the right timing, the right copy, the right exit rules - and the tool sends them automatically. Nobody falls through the cracks, and nobody gets a tone-deaf message meant for a different audience.
What you'll build
A private web app, just for your team, that:
- Lets you design a nurture sequence per segment/stage: ordered steps, the wait time between each, the email copy, and the exit conditions (became an MQL, replied, unsubscribed).
- Routes every sequence and every piece of step copy through a marketer for approval before it can ever send.
- Enrolls leads from a CSV (or your CRM later) into the right sequence - with a guard so the same lead can't be double-enrolled in the same sequence.
- Sends each step on schedule through Resend, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
- Honors exit conditions automatically: when a lead replies, becomes an MQL, or unsubscribes, they stop receiving the rest of the sequence.
- Exports a clean engagement + send-log CSV so you can report on what went out and what landed.
What's inside the Implementation Plan
The plan opens by interviewing you about your business - your segments, your stages, the exact fields in your leads file, your real volumes, and your exit rules - so the tool fits how you actually work instead of forcing you into a generic template. Only after you confirm a short tailored spec does it start building.
From there it walks you, one copy-paste prompt at a time, through standing up the app, the database, login, the sequence designer, the approval gate, the enrollment importer, the scheduled sender, and the exports. You don't write code - you paste prompts and answer questions.
The governance it includes (this is the point)
- Login so only your team can get in.
- Row-level security so each organization only ever sees its own leads and sequences.
- A complete audit trail: who designed, approved, enrolled, and sent - and when.
- A hard human-in-the-loop approval gate: the tool drafts and stages; a marketer reviews and approves the sequence design, every step's copy, and each enrollment batch before anything sends.
- Duplicate guards so a lead can't be enrolled twice in the same sequence and an email can't fire twice.
Who it's for
Marketing ops and demand-gen people who want a real nurture program but don't have - or don't want - a heavy marketing automation platform. If you can write a thoughtful follow-up email and describe your segments, you can build this.
You've got this - paste the first prompt and let the interview tailor it to your business.
